Tshwarelo "Awesome" Mogakane is the founder of Divine Celebrities Ministry (DCM), a spiritually-inclined human empowerment organisation based on the principles of Jesus Christ. Mogakane holds the idea that all human beings were created perfect and that from God's point of view every man, woman and child is a Divine Celebrity, regardless of their background or current circumstances. He believes that human problems can be turned into simplified practical solutions once the human being realises that he or she has been created with dominion and elected to reflect the glory of God on earth. In order to reach many souls on the earth terrain, Mogakane birthed DCM, whose main mission is to awaken the heavenly celebrity in every man, woman and child. To achieve this, he has launched a blog and internet based newsletter titled Art of Manifestation. Through these useful technological tools, he conveys an invitational message to assist others to rise to their divine abilities.
With the help of his brother and business partner, Modise Mogakane, he has founded the 7 Cornerstones Personal Leadership Institute (7CPLI), which furthers the objective to enable others to find the leader within themselves and take their rightful position in the earth realm. The Institute explores the Sevenfold Hierachy of Success, which interrogates personal leadership on the following crucial points:
(1) Personal Spiritual leadership
(2) Personal Intellectual leadership
(3) Personal Emotional leadership
(4) Personal Physical leadership
(5) Personal Economic leadership
(6) Personal Relational leadership
(7) Personal Social leadership.
Like DCM, this Institute seeks to elevate humanity's capabilities to enable them to deal with life situations from the personal to the impersonal, from the internal to the external, from the divine to the human.
Professional Accomplishments
Not only has Mogakane committed himself to study human development and relations, he has also practised as a professional journalist working with Southern Africa's leading news agency, African Eye News Service. His writings have been widely published by national newspapers such as City Press, The Star, Mail & Guardian, Sunday Independent, Sunday Sun, Sowetan Sunday World, Daily Sun among others. He has also written for magazines such as Bona Magazine, News Weekly, Enterprise, Sunrise, Lowveld Living and Capital Magazine. His other writings have been widely published on international news website, news24.com and the South African government's Bua News site.
Business Skills
As a developing entrepreneur who has been involved in lucrative Black Economic Empowerment deals with the private sector and the South African government, Mogakane has gained extensive experience in the nature of business in his home-country of South Africa. While he champions the idea endorsed by the Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment (BB-BEE) Act, he also believes that “empowerment starts with the self.” Through his knowledge he seeks to play a role in the establishment of improved economic empowerment policies that will remarkably empower the previously disenfranchised majority of South Africa and its neghbouring states. Together with his business partner, Mogakane has also been running an entertainment company labelled Makgema Entertainment, which deals with events management, music recording, video production, marketing and distribution.
Other Interests
Mogakane is also a published poet, whose poetry has been published by the Poetry Institute of Africa in a volume titled Sincerely Yours and by internet portal, poetry.com. He has written poetry in Sepulana and English, with poems that amount to hundreds. He is also a budding author of a number of books whose main aim is to challenge individuals in the world to transform their thinking "through the renewal of their minds." Mogakane has also coined many Inspirational Phrases and Revolutionary Acronyms (ipra) that urge human beings to develop their personal Creative Solutions System. He developed the Creative Solutions System after learning that there is power in culture and culture in power, which are both controlled through the mechanisms of language. He believes that, "You improve your language, you improve your culture."
